At Trading Card Masters, we offer a 30-day return window for most unopened products to ensure you are satisfied with your collection. Please note that due to market volatility, all sales on individual trading card singles and booster packs are final once the factory seal is broken.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unopened items in a sturdy shipping box with original protective packaging to prevent corner dings or surface scratches during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists verify the factory seals are intact, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
